"I felt completely supported"

I cannot recommend Joanne and her team more highly. From the start to finish of a very long protracted series of family court hearings where I had no idea of what to do, I felt completely supported.

The complexities of the system which were beyond me were simplified and explained succinctly and quickly.

Documents required for hearings were prepared for me in short time frames and in a legal format that I would have had no idea how to complete, resulting ultimately in a successful final outcome.

"I suddenly didn't feel alone"

Suffice to say that I would be in a deep, dark hole by now if it wasn’t for the extraordinary help from the staff at FLPS.

From the minute I reached out to Jo, in a state of shock, fear and confusion, I felt a sense of ease as she immediately reassured me with her calm, efficient and professional manner. I suddenly didn’t feel alone. Whenever I have felt unsure of anything regarding the complex British legal system, Jo has explained, in detail, the processes and the choices I had, with great clarity. Her expertise in divorce and family law was evident in every interaction we had.

Her knowledge of family law is undisputable, but I feel that this is only one of the many strengths FLPS offer. Jo was patient with me, taking the time to explain the legal process and answer all of my questions, no matter how many times I asked them!

She is responsive, attentive, and truly cared about helping me navigate this difficult time in my life, all whilst keeping my case moving forward towards resolution.

I couldn’t have hoped to receive better guidance and support from this paralegal team and will be forever grateful for all their unwavering efforts and commitment to my case.

"Finding FLPS was the best thing I did!"

I found Family Law Paralegal Services one day by chance on Instagram, so I reached out by completing a contact form. This was the best thing I did!

Jo was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and put me at ease. She filled me with so much reassurance at such a tricky time in my life.  Seeking support from Jo was the best decision I’ve ever made and I would say to anyone who finds them in a situation where they feel they have nowhere to turn, pick up the phone and talk things over and by doing that things will get brighter.

"Financial relief is an added bonus"

What’s truly remarkable is that their services have not only been incredibly informative and reassuring but have also saved me a significant amount of money that I would have otherwise spent on legal representation. This financial relief is an added bonus that I greatly appreciate.
